CAS No. 276878-97-8 HAPNQ 16% Assay HPLC Liquid for Tagged Polymer
1. Description:
HAPNQ, CAS No.276878-97-8, its another full chemical name is 1H-Benz[de]isoquinoline-2(3H)-propanaminium, N-[2-hydroxy-3-(2-propenyloxy)propyl]-6-methoxy-N,N-dimethyl-1,3-dioxo-, hydroxide. this material is known as a new type of Fluorescent monomers, used as a new type of water treatment agent used to track and monitor the dosage of polymer in cooling tower in cooling water.
HAPNQ is a brown liquid with 16% concentration and 84% water. When used in industrial water systems, fluorescent signals of this tagged polymers can be used to determine how many tagged polymers are present in industrial water systems.
2. Characteristics:
Fluorescent monomer HAPNQ can be co-polymerized with various water-soluble compounds such as acrylamide, acrylic acid and other unsaturated monomers to form fluorescent polymers. With the characteristics of large molecular weight, strong fluorescence and high sensitivity, its detection sensitivity can reach 100 ppb. This provides extremely favorable conditions for accurate assessment, automatic detection and automatic control of water systems.
