1. Product Description:
4-Bromo-1,8-Naphthalic Anhydride is White or off-white loose crystalline powder. Insoluble in water and dilute acid, soluble in dilute alkali and become sodium salt, soluble in concentrated nitric acid, slightly soluble in organic solvents (such as glacial acetic acid, chlorobenzene, dimethyl formamide, ethylene glycol, methyl ether, etc.).
On the other hand, 4-Bromo-1,8-Naphthalic Anhydride is also used as an important intermediate of fluorescent brightener, especially for fluorescent polymers. Fine Chemical Intermediate and Dyestuff Intermediates are its main application ranges.
