1. Description:
Solvent green 7 is also known as 8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt. It has good water solubility and high purity. It is yellow green. Slightly soluble in glacial acetic acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, insoluble in acetic acid and 10% hydrochloric acid.
This product is specifically used in these following aspects:
a. Coloring for fluorescent ink, fluorescent marker etc.,
b. Coloring for detergents, such as liquid soap, shampoo etc.
c. Coloring for water-souble materials, such as antifreeze, cutting fluid etc.
