1. Description:

      N,N-Dimethyl-N-[3-[N'-(4-methoxy naphthalimide)]]propyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-allyloxy)propyl ammonium hydroxide, its full name, is a new type of water treatment agent used to track and monitor the dosage of polymer in cooling tower in cooling water.

    HAPNQ is brown liquid with 16% concentration and 84% water. When used in industrial water systems, fluorescent signals of this tagged polymers can be used to determine how many tagged polymers are present in industrial water systems.

      Water for industrial and petroleum processes;

      Indirect contact with cooling and heating water, such as pasteurized water;

      Water recovery and purification systems;Membrane filtration water system;

      Food processing streams (meat, vegetables, beets, sugar cane, grains, poultry, fruits and soybeans);Waste treatment systems and clarifiers,          liquid-solid applications, municipal wastewater treatment and industrial or municipal water supply systems.

2. Properties: 

•      The fluorescent monomer is not significantly affected by other structures or other components in the polymer in the process of forming the tagged treatment polymer. 
•       The spectral property: the excitation and emission of the polymer are in the near visible wavelength range (> 370 nm), thus permitting the use of solid state instruments and possibly minimizing interference that usually occurs in the ultraviolet wavelength region.
